Shipping & Delivery

We offer Free standard shipping in USA. Deliveries are generally made by DHL, UPS, USPS, and shipping will arrive within 2-7 business days from the date of your order.

For Made-to-Order and Pre-Order items, delivery times range from 7-28 business days, (if applicable, it is mentioned in individual product descriptions).

For an order-specific timeframe, please check the estimated delivery time at checkout. If only “Shipping" is mentioned, it indicates varying timeframes for different items in your order. For any questions, feel free to contact us.

Please indicate your daytime address for delivery, as a request for a second delivery will require an additional fee. Any incorrect address details will often result in the parcel being returned to the sender, in which case you will be charged for re-delivery.

All orders are subject to availability. From time to time we may be waiting for a new delivery. We apologize if your items are unavailable and will contact you to offer a refund or to suggest placing your items on back order, which will ensure you receive them as priority once stock has been delivered to Crafts N Chisel.

We ship products from multiple locations, USA and India. We try our best to deliver orders within given delivery date, however, due to unforeseen reason if an order is delayed in transit we are not liable. If an order is delayed and not shipped, we can cancel the order on the customer request and issue a full refund. Please refer to the return policy if the product is applicable for refund & return.

If a product is missing, customers must inform Crafts N Chisel within 7 days of delivery. We will proceed to open a case with the shipping company to retrieve and redeliver the item. Should the company confirm that the product was lost in transit, we will promptly resend the same product.

There might be customs duty liable to be paid by customer. If customer fails to pay the customs, leading to product return or misplaced, we are not liable and wont be able to refund.
