We offer Free Exchange & Replacement within the USA. We also accept returns within 21 days of delivery of unused products for refund.
Every product we sell is designed to be the best. If anything you buy falls short of those standards or is damaged in transit, you're invited to exchange within 21 days from the date of delivery. Please email us at email@example.com with product pics, and as per your wish, we will either exchange the item or issue a gift voucher. Incase of exchange, return shipping will be paid by Crafts N Chisel.
Customer can also return the product to 3901 Lick Mill Blvd, Apt 361, Santa Clara, CA, 95054 within the time frame of 21 days to get a refund. Incase of refund, return cost will be the customer's responsibility.
Our policy lasts 21 days from the date of delivery. If 21 days have gone by since product delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Per order, only one exchange or return is permitted.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Free Exchange is not applicable for same product, unless there is an issue with the delivered piece.
In the case of a damaged product, customer must inform us within 7 days of product delivery, else it is not eligible for return.
For International Shipping, outside the USA: We accept returns within 21 days of delivery, however, the customer is responsible for shipping.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We offer a free exchange within 21 days of delivery of the product. If you are not happy with the product and wish to exchange send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a return label. Please send the items in the original packaging. Once we receive and inspect it, we will either send the exchange product or issue a gift voucher.
Refunds (if applicable)
If the customer wishes to return, the customer can either get his own shipping label and mail the product back at 3901 Lick Mill Blvd, Apt 361, Santa Clara, CA, 95054, or we can send the return label and return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach in you may vary.
