Policy for USA Orders
We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:
1. Return & Exchange Window

We offer free exchanges and accept returns for refunds within 21 days of delivery.
2. Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please email us at info@craftsnchisel.com or WhatsApp at +1 (408) 216- 3825 within 15 days of delivery. Please mention order number in subject.

If your item arrived damaged, please let us know within 7 days and share clear photos of the damaged product. We only offer a free exchange for damaged items.

Returned items must be shipped within 21 days of delivery, once the window is passed, it will not be accepted.
4. Exchanges

We cover the return shipping cost for exchanges.

Once we receive the item, we’ll issue a gift card so you can select another product.

Exchanges for the same product are possible only if we confirm an issue with the delivered piece.

Each order allows one exchange or return. Orders placed using a gift card from a previous exchange are final sale and cannot be returned.
5. Returns for Refund

Return shipping for refunds is the customer’s responsibility.

Returns must be sent to 3901 lick mill blvd, Apt 361, Santa Clara, CA, 95054.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, We will let you know whether the return has been approved or rejected based on our return eligibility criteria.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within a few business days (processing time may vary by bank)
6. GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift card will be emailed once the item is received.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, they need to contact us and the gift card will be issued to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.
7. Final Sale Items
These cannot be returned or refunded:

Gift cards

Custom or made-to-order items (if applicable, mentioned in product description)

Expedited shipping fees or customs duties
For International Shipping, outside the USA We accept returns and offer exchange within 21 days of delivery, however, irrespective of reason the customer is responsible for return shipping.
